Refund policy

All returns and exchanges follow the windows below, based on tier.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags and original packaging intact.

• Playable (Performance Chiffon) & Livable (Cotton) — Kaftan Nº1, The Short, Hat Skarf
  Return within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Original shipping is non-refundable. A $10 return label fee is deducted from your refund, we'll email you a prepaid label.
• Collectible (Silk) — Kaftan Nº1, Hat Skarf
  Return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to availability, sizes and prints are limited and can't be guaranteed, and carry no fee. Returns for refund deduct original shipping plus a $25 return label fee.
• Complete the Look bundles
  Follow the return terms of the tier included in the bundle.
• Warehouse
  All Warehouse items are final sale. No returns, no exchanges, no exceptions.

Condition
All returns are inspected on arrival. Items that don't meet our condition standards, worn, washed, damaged, altered, or missing tags, will be declined and sent back at your expense. We'll notify you within 2 business days if that happens.

Wrong item or defective product?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@kaftko.com with your order number and photos. We'll make it right, no fee, no shipping deduction.
