- Start your return or exchange online to receive a mailing label to box and ship your items
- Due to increasing costs, KAFTKO now charges an $8.00 return processing fee
- You will receive an email when your return is received and your refund has been processed.
- Please allow 5-15 days for your refund to be initiated
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return or exchange your items. Orders shipping within the U.S are eligible for return. All returned items must be new, unused, with all garment tags still attached and contain a return slip. Returns with makeup stains will not be accepted. Any returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to the customer. All special order items and sale items are final sale and are not eligible for cancellation, exchange or return once the order has been processed. Once we process your return, you’ll get an email confirmation from us. Your refund will show up on your statement within 15 days. Kaftko Gift Cards are not eligible for a refund. The majority of orders are processed immediately. Out of Stock items will issued a refund. To cancel your order before it has been processed, please email hello@kaftko.com.
