Shipping policy

• Standard:  You can expect to receive your order in 5-7 business days (sometimes sooner), after your order has been processed and shipped.  
• Express:  You can expect to receive your Express Shipment 2 days after your items are picked.  Order are picked until midday in our Atlanta and California Warehouses Monday to Friday.  This means that Express shipment can take up to 3 days or more depending on the day of the week and the time the order was placed.  
• International Shipping:   Duties, Taxes, and Shipping are calculated by a third party application at checkout.  At this time we are only able to offer Expedited Shipping Duties and Taxes Unpaid for shipments from the USA to Canada and Australia. 
• Canada: All shipments to Canada will incur an additional customs import duty charge prior to delivery.  These duties and taxes are your responsibility.  Depending on the Canadian Province and order size, you must be prepared to pay additional taxes and fees to have you packages cleared by customs and delivered. 
• Missing Items:  If your package arrives but is only partially fulfilled it usually means that a portion of  your shipment is coming from a different warehouse.  If you would like the tracking number for the second package do not hesitate to email hello@kaftko.com.  Our team can look it up for you.
