Shipping policy

Standard: You can expect to receive your order in 5-7 business days (sometimes sooner), after your order has been processed and shipped.

Express: You can expect to receive your Express shipment 2 days after your items are picked. Orders are picked until midday at our Georgia fulfillment center, Monday to Friday. Express shipment can take up to 3 days or more depending on the day of the week and time the order was placed.

Where We Ship: We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and Australia. If you're outside these countries and want to place an order, email us at orders@kaftko.com and we'll see what we can work out.

International Duties and Taxes: Orders shipping to Canada or Australia may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees charged by the destination country. These are separate from your Kaftko order total, they're your responsibility, and they're typically collected by the carrier or local postal service before or at delivery. The amount depends on your country, province or state, and order value, so we're not able to estimate it in advance. If you'd like to know what to expect, check your country's customs website before ordering.

Multiple Shipments: Collectible tier pieces are hand-shipped separately by our team. If your order includes a Collectible piece along with other items, it may arrive in more than one package. If part of your order hasn't arrived and you'd like a tracking update, email orders@kaftko.com and we'll look it up for you.
